1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Apekhyaa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Apekhyaa's app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your mobile device.
4. Ordering and Delivery
We strive to provide accurate information regarding products and delivery times. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or delivery estimates are accurate, complete, or error-free.
5. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service at any time.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
7. Tax Compliance (Section 194-O)
As an e-commerce platform, Apekhyaa is required by the Income Tax Act to deduct 1% TDS from the total amount payable to Service Providers before disbursement. Service Providers are mandatory required to provide a valid PAN card. If a valid PAN is not provided, a mandatory 20% TDS will be deducted from all earnings as per government regulations.
